Twenty-eight samples of pullet, layer, and broiler flocks were randomly collected (n=1463), including freshly dropped feces from live birds or visceral organs from dead birds. In most flocks, 60 samples were taken and 10 fecal samples of each were pooled. Standard cultural methods were used for Salmonella spp. isolation. The slide agglutination or tube agglutination tests were performed using Salmonella somatic O poly A-S antisera, and different somatic O monovalent or flagellar H monovalent antisera. Thirty-one Salmonella isolates were recovered from 1,463 samples. Nine broiler flocks out of 14 (64.2%) and one layer flock out of 11 (9%) were positive for Salmonella spp. but all pullet flocks were negative. One isolate was obtained from the layer flock and the other 30 Salmonella isolates were obtained from broiler flocks. The slide agglutination test determined that all isolates belonged to one of the serogroups from A to S. The frequency of serogroups among 30 broiler isolates was found to be 76.6% and 13.3% for groups C and D, respectively. Three (10%) of the broiler isolates and one layer isolate did not belong to any of the A to D serogroups. All group D isolates were found to be Salmonella enteritidis. This study showed a high incidence of Salmonella in broilers. Infection of broilers with Salmonella spp. poses a high risk to public health.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {عفونت های سالمونلائی در گله های طیور اطراف تهران}, abstract_fa = {اهداف این مطالعه شامل بررسی عفونت های سالمونلائی در گله های طیور اطراف تهران و تعیین فراوان ترین گروه های سرمی و سروتیپ ها درگیر بود. تعداد 28 گله جوجه گوشتی، پولت، و تخمگذار نمونه برداری شدند. نمونه های این مطالعه (1463 نمونه) که بطور تصادفی جمع آوری شدند شامل مدفوع تازه دفع شده پرندگان زنده و ارگانهای احشائی پرندگان تلف شده بود. در بیشتر گله ها، 60 نمونه مدفوعی تهیه شد و هر 10 نمونه با هم مخلوط شدند. روشهای کشت استاندارد برای جداسازی سالمونلا مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. آزمایشات آگلوتیناسیون روی لام یا آگلوتیناسیون لوله ای با استفاده از آنتی سرم پلی کلونال A-S آنتی ژن پیکری O سالمونلا، و آنتی سرم های گوناگون مونوکلونال آنتی ژن های پیکری O ، و تاژکیH سالمونلا انجام پذیرفت. تعداد 31 جدایه سالمونلا از بین 1463 نمونه جداسازی شد. تعداد 9 از 14 (2/64%) گله گوشتی و یک از 11 (9%) گله تخمگذار آلوده به سالمونلا بودند، اما همه گله های پولت منفی بودند. یک جدایه از گله تخمگذار و 30 جدایه دیگر متعلق به گله های گوشتی بودند. آزمایشات آگلوتیناسیون نشان داد که همه جدایه ها به یکی از گروههای سرمی A-S تعلق داشتند. از تعداد 30 جدایه گله های گوشتی، 6/76% و 3/13% به ترتیب به گروه های سرمی C و D تعلق داشتند. تعداد 3 (10%) جدایه از گله گوشتی و یک جدایه از گله تخمگذار به هیچکدام یک از گروه های سرمی A-D متعلق نبودند. همه جدایه های گروه سرمی D به سروتیپ سالمونلا انتریتیدیس تعلق داشتند. این مطالعه وقوع زیاد عفونت های سالمونلائی را در گله های گوشتی نشان داد. آلودگی گله های گوشتی به سالمونلا خطر زیادی برای بهداشت عمومی به همراه دارد.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://ijvm.ut.ac.ir/article_22107.html}, eprint = {https://ijvm.ut.ac.ir/article_22107_9ecba7cdd4f0bafb42907ba88a7a7a02.pdf} }
