Objectives: The present study was carried out on 10 clinically affected copper poisoned cases (in each season) from autumn 2015 to the end of summer 2016, in four seasons in Kerman province to evaluate the seasonal effects of CCP in sheep. Methods: All samples were taken from clinically affected cases of copper poisoning that were then necropsied and the poisoning was confirmed by pathognomic pathological findings and serum copper concentration. Samples from liver, lung, kidney, heart and spleen were collected immediately after death and their copper concentration was measured. Results: The highest levels of copper in lung, heart, spleen and kidney were observed in the summer. Liver had the highest amounts of copper in spring and the levels of copper in wool and serum were detected in winter. The copper levels of liver and kidney were positively correlated in autumn, but the copper levels in these tissues were negatively correlated in both spring and winter. Conclusions: Severity of the copper toxicity (judged by the liver copper concentration) is season-dependent in sheep and seasonal variations affect this toxicity. Environmental climate and stressors may be the main causes of copper contents of different tissues and the liver is the main organ to reserve copper in poisoned sheep.}, keywords = {مسمومیت با مس,سرم,بافت,فصل,گوسفند}, title_fa = {تغییرات فصلی و ارتباط بین مس سرم و بافت های مختلف در گوسفندان مسموم با مس در استان کرمان، ایران}, abstract_fa = {زمینه مطالعه: آلودگی خاک و مواد گیاهی در مواجهه با مس باعث بروز مسمومیت مزمن با مس در حیوانات متعاقب مصرف گیاهان روییده در آن خاک ها می‌گردد. هدف: مطالعه حاضر از پاییز 1394 تا انتهای تابستان 1395 انجام شد و از پاییز آغاز شد و به منظور بررسی اثرات فصل بر مسمومیت با مس در گوسفند در خلال یک سال در فصول مختلف ادامه یافت. روش کار: نمونه‌های خون و پشم از 10 راس گوسفند زنده مسموم با مس در هر فصل (پاییز، زمستان، بهار و تابستان) اخذ شد. نمونه ها از کبد، ریه، کلیه، قلب و طحال از گوسفند ان تلف شده مسموم با مس در همان منطقه  و بلافاصله پس از مرگ تهیه شد. در نهایت محتوای مس در تمام نمونه‌های اخذ شده ارزیابی شد. نتایج: بالاترین مقادیر مس در ریه، قلب، طحال و کلیه در تابستان مشاهده شد. کبد در بهار بیشترین مقادیر مس را داشت و بالاترین میزان مس در پشم و سرم در زمستان تشخیص داده شد. همبستگی مثبتی بین مقادیر مس کبد و کلیه در پاییز وجود داشت اما این همبستگی در فصول بهار و زمستان منفی بود. نتیجه گیری نهایی: شدت مسمومیت با مس در گوسفند وابسته به فصل است و تغییرات فصلی بر این مسمومیت اثر گذار است. آب و هوای محیطی و عوامل استرس زا ممکن است علل مهمی بر میزان محتوای  مس بافت‌های مختلف باشند و کبد ارگان اصلی ذخیره مس در گوسفندان مسموم است.}, keywords_fa = {مسمومیت با مس,سرم,بافت,فصل,گوسفند}, url = {https://ijvm.ut.ac.ir/article_71535.html}, eprint = {https://ijvm.ut.ac.ir/article_71535_3767c440b6b511ebf6c7364425fa726b.pdf} }
